Long-time PeaceQuest member, Jeff Piker, passed away quietly in Kingston on September 21, 2020

Our dear friend and long-time PeaceQuest member, Jeff Piker, passed away quietly in Kingston on September 21, 2020. You can read about his fulsome life, devoted to music, education and social justice, in the Kingston Whig Standard.

Jeff was active in hands-on roles in the community: PIC Press distribution, busking for Joe's M.I.L.L., pitching in at Blue Skies Music Festival, organising at Kingston Pride, LGBTQ training at Queen's Faculty of Medicine, mentoring newcomers through KEYS, supporting PeaceQuest events and helping to settle international students.
