I think most of the answers are far too “certain”. There is evidence for other arguments for each.

Myth: War did not end with the development of the bomb.
— That rephrases the question. Arguably (though unhappily), North Korea’s development of nukes may have prevented a major attack by the U.S. and its allies. There’s no way to know, so “Unsure” is a sensible answer.
