Join the International Peace Bureau (IPB) on its 130th anniversary for an intimate conversation with the Marine Arctic Peace Sanctuary on what needs to be done to protect the Arctic from becoming an area of strategic confrontation, resource exploitation, and increasing militarization as the climate warms and the region changes.

This discussion is organized for the IPB family and its partners in the peace and environmental movement to improve our understanding of the connections between the climate emergency and militarization in the region and to coordinate our work to prevent the Arctic from becoming a dual victim of increasing global temperatures and militarization.
