I've never seen both sides use light armoured vehicles, and I assume that the people fighting without armour are the ones fighting for justice.
On the larger question of what to manufacture and export, the only war that should be getting any support now is the struggle to stop climate change. Canada should only export renewable things like wood and food. Oil is not just obsolete, it is a known hazard.
